i love you ate ganda, effective talaga siya. nagresearch ako about garcinia cambogia that it lowers down bad cholesterol and increases good cholesterol. i like this kasi walang side effect on me (maybe because herbal siya, we all know that herbal medicines have no side effects when taken alone). just follow the instruction that it needs a glass of water. Hindi ka magccrave for food pero you can eat whenever you want, so no worries about being anorexic or such. plus hindi ako sinisikmura kahit i dont eat on times when i used to. Accdg to research it has a mechanism of telling the brain that you dont feel hungry, and by that, hindi nagrerelease ng acid ang tiyan. it Also signals the brain that your body still has the right amount of fats in the body, therefore, carbs/glucose is flushed outta the body. What a better way of slimming down diba? how much more with exercise :)
